4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in the individual service agreement signed at booking.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services

  • Equipment failure due to venue power issues

  • Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

  • Actions of third-party vendors
